Please provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing with your OA Defense 2311™. Include when the issue occurs, approximately how many rounds you have put through the gun, the ammunition and magazines used (if applicable), any troubleshooting steps you have already taken, and any other information that may help our Service Team diagnose the problem. If you are returning more than one firearm, please clearly indicate which issue(s) apply to each serial number.
Please list everything included in your shipment, including quantities. This helps us verify all items received and returned. Example: OA 2311 Compact pistol, two magazines, factory case, and mounted optic.
