The OA Defense X153 AIWB Flex Holster, manufactured by Alpha Omega, is purpose-built for dedicated appendix carry. Precision molded for the OA 2311™ Compact Pro Elite / Compact Pro / Compact, it combines dependable retention with a flexible design that delivers lasting comfort without compromising accessibility.
Unlike traditional one-piece appendix holsters, the X153 features a holster and magazine carrier connected by durable shock cord, allowing each to move independently with your body. Whether you’re standing, sitting, driving, or on the move, the flexible design helps reduce pressure points while maintaining a secure, consistent fit.
An integrated Concealment Claw rotates the grip closer to the body to reduce printing, while dual RCS Overhook Belt Clips provide a stable, reliable attachment throughout the day.
Every X153 AIWB Flex Holster is precision molded from durable black Kydex and comes standard with red dot optic compatibility, suppressor-height sight clearance, and an open-bottom design to accommodate threaded barrels.
