Tony is widely respected in the firearms industry as an energetic and resourceful executive known for his dynamic business development strategies, visionary marketing direction, and growth experience in the industry. He has had proven successes ranging from start-ups to large scale corporations.

Tony brings with him over 20 years of distinguished service in the United States Army, where he held various operational and leadership roles in esteemed units such as the Berlin Brigade, 101st Airborne Division, 82nd Airborne Division, Special Operations Command, and United States Army Recruiting Command. He retired at the rank of First Sergeant, earning numerous accolades for his exceptional leadership and performance in both peacetime and combat. In the past 25+ years, Tony has developed a strong reputation for building extraordinary teams and fostering innovative cultures.
