At our North Carolina facility, our inspection standards are incredibly high. If a frame, slide, or component leaves the line with a cosmetic inconsistency, it is pulled from standard inventory—even if it functions perfectly.
What to expect:
Strictly Cosmetic: Imperfections are limited to the exterior finish, such as minor coating unevenness, small scratches, or tiny dings in the metal work.
Zero Operational Impact: There is absolutely no compromise to the structural integrity, barrel accuracy, trigger pull, or internal mechanics of the firearm.
Warranty Status: Your purchase is covered under the standard OA Defense Limited Lifetime Warranty for all mechanical operations. Cosmetic defects are excluded from coverage.
