Upgrade Your Grip
Enhance the feel and handling of your OA Defense handgun with a factory-installed Elite Grip. Machined from 7075 billet aluminum, the Elite Grip features refined ergonomics designed to support comfort, control, and consistency.
This service is available across the OA Defense handgun lineup and is completed by OA Defense gunsmiths at our factory.
Estimated Turnaround: Approximately 14 days after the handgun is received by OA Defense.

Standard Backstrap Fit
The standard Elite Grip Service does not include blending the backstrap to the frame. This is consistent with many production Elite handguns and does not affect the grip’s installation or function.
Optional Backstrap Blending
Customers may add backstrap blending for a more seamless transition between the grip and frame. Selecting this option increases the estimated turnaround to approximately three to four weeks after the handgun is received by OA Defense.
The price for this option is pending final confirmation. This option is not yet available for purchase.
Magazine Compatibility
Elite Grips are not compatible with 15-round magazines.
OA Defense 17- and 21-round magazines are compatible with the Elite Grip. Compatible limited-capacity magazines are manufactured by Check-Mate.
Magazines are not included with this service unless otherwise stated.
Handgun Compatibility
The Elite Grip Service is available for all OA Defense handgun models.
How It Works
After checkout, OA Defense Customer Service will provide instructions for securely shipping the handgun to the factory. Once received, our gunsmiths will install the Elite Grip and complete any selected service options.
The estimated turnaround begins after the handgun is received by OA Defense. Transit time is not included.
Factory Service and Shipping
This service must be completed at the OA Defense factory. After checkout, OA Defense Customer Service will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for securely preparing the handgun for shipment.
The applicable shipping charge will be added to the order. Customers should not ship a handgun until they have received instructions from OA Defense Customer Service.
Turnaround estimates begin when the handgun is received by OA Defense and do not include transit time.
