OA Defense is pleased to announce that Chris Moore has been named as President. Chris served in the U.S. Army for 29 years, retiring in 2022.  He served in the 75th Ranger Regiment for 12 years before moving to Ft. Bragg, NC and serving in various positions within USASOC and JSOC.
