OA DEFENSE GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
This giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by OA Defense (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legally eligible to possess firearms and ammunition under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Entrants must be able to:
- Pass all required federal, state, and local background checks
- Comply with all firearm, ammunition, and magazine laws
- Take possession of regulated items through a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder
Failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in disqualification.
3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes will begin and end on dates specified on the official giveaway landing page (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
5. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter.
To enter, submit a valid email address via the official entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.
- One (1) primary entry per person
- Additional entries may be offered through optional actions outlined on the entry page
Any attempt to enter using multiple identities or fraudulent methods may result in disqualification.
6. PRIZE DETAILS
Prize details, including description and approximate retail value (ARV), will be listed on the official giveaway landing page.
- Prizes are awarded “as is”
- No substitutions or cash redemptions unless determined by Sponsor
- Prizes are non-transferable
7. FIREARM & FFL TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS
Any firearm included in a prize will be transferred through a valid FFL dealer.
The winner is responsible for:
- Selecting an FFL dealer
- Passing all background checks
- Completing all required paperwork
- Complying with all applicable laws
If the winner cannot legally receive the firearm, that portion of the prize will be forfeited.
8. MAGAZINE & RESTRICTED ITEM COMPLIANCE
Certain items may be restricted based on state or local laws.
If restrictions apply:
- Items may be removed or substituted
- No additional compensation will be provided
9. AMMUNITION RESTRICTIONS
Ammunition prizes are subject to all applicable laws. If transfer is not permitted, that portion may be removed or substituted.
10. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
11. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
- Winner will be selected at random after the Sweepstakes Period
- Winner will be contacted via email or provided contact method
- Failure to respond within fifteen (15) days may result in disqualification
12. TAXES
All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. A W-9 may be required.
13. RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANT
By entering, entrants grant OA Defense the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Entrants release OA Defense from any liability related to participation or prize use.
15. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary.
16. DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state of the Sponsor.
17. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By entering, entrants agree to receive communications from OA Defense.
Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
18. STATE LAW ADDENDUM
Void where prohibited. Prize components may be adjusted to comply with state laws.
19. WINNER LIST
To request the winner’s name, contact: support@oadefense.com within thirty (30) days of the giveaway end date.
